Together with Riga and Latvia Travel, Rimi Riga Marathon is excited to open applications for the 2026 Rimi Riga Marathon Ambassador Program – now launching for the second year in a row.

Following an inspiring and successful first year, when we celebrated the 35th anniversary of Rimi Riga Marathon and introduced the Ambassador Program for the very first time, ambassadors from various countries experienced Riga both on and off the course. The energy, stories, and connections created throughout the program proved once again that running truly brings the world together.

Instead of handpicking ambassadors, we’re launching an open application for our 2026 Ambassador Program. If you’re an inspiring voice in the running community who loves sharing authentic stories about running, travel, and healthy living – we want you on board!
Who can apply:
- Ambassadors based in: United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, Finland, Sweden, Norway
- Minimum 20 000 Instagram followers (audience on other platforms will also be considered)
- Content focused on running, healthy lifestyle and travel
- Age 18+
We will select up to 8 ambassadors to join this year’s program. Each chosen ambassador will receive detailed guidelines and an individual content plan after the application process closes.
