The two-day program of the Rimi Riga Marathon will traditionally be opened by Kids’ Day, which once again, thanks to the support of the Latvian Olympic Committee, has become the Olympic Kids’ Day. On May 18, the Olympic Kids’ Day at the 11th November Embankment will allow even the smallest participants and families to experience the joy of movement.

Limit on participant count

The tradition of the Olympic Kids’ Day began in 2013 as a very small activity for parents with children. Over the years, the popularity of Olympic Kids’ Day has grown significantly, and this year’s face-to-face running event is expected to only grow in popularity, so participants are encouraged to register early, as the number of places is limited and 8,000 young aspirants will be registered for the races.
