Pick up your bib number at Rimi Riga Marathon EXPO

The Rimi Riga Marathon EXPO is back on May 13-14! All participants are invited to collect their start numbers in person. Deliveries with DPD courier or via Pickup service will not be taking place this year.

Location and working hours

Rimi Riga Marathon EXPO will take place at Hanzas Perons, 16a Hanzas Street. Directions via Google Maps here.

  • May 13, 10.00-20.00
  • May 14, 10.00-20.00

Pick up authorization

If it is not possible to attend the EXPO in person, the start number can be picked up by any other person, presenting your confirmation letter (in printed or digital form) and authorization (in printed or digital form). Authorization text: “I (name, surname), authorize (name, surname) to pick up my start number”. An authorized person must present an identity document.

Start number pick up

Receiving start numbers for 42 km, 21 km, 10 km, 5 km and DPD Mile

Participants can pick up their start numbers at the Rimi Riga Marathon EXPO on May 5 – 6 from 10.00 to 20.00, presenting a confirmation letter with the assigned start number and identity document.

Start numbers for teams

A team representative can apply for packing and delivery of their team numbers to an office in Latvia via DPD courier. Such service must be requested at the time of registration or separately from 5 April to 25 April 2023 at 23.59. Service fee:

  • Delivery of up to 15 start numbers 50.00 + VAT, i.e. EUR 60.50.
  • Delivery of 16 – 50 start numbers 75.00 + VAT, i.e. EUR 90.75
  • For teams of 51 and more, start number delivery 100.00 + VAT, i.e. EUR 121.00.

Last minute number pick-up on race day

EXPO working hours are from 10.00 to 20.00 on both days on May 5 and May 6. However, we know that some participants might be arriving in Riga just after EXPO working hours. Therefore for international runners that are running the DPD Mile on Saturday, there will be an exceptional option to pick up the start number on May 6 at the EXPO from 8.30 – 9.45.

There is a special last-minute number pick-up service also provided for international runners on Sunday. For an extra fee of 5,- euros it is possible to order “start line bib number delivery” from April 3rd in your registration profile. The payment must be done in the registration profile and is offered exclusively only for international runners. The service must be paid by May 4, Thursday on the race week. If the service will not be paid by the above-mentioned deadline the bib numbers will not be delivered to the start area.

On Sunday, May 7, the participants that have selected and paid for this service will be able to receive their start numbers and their starter’s pack in the Info centre on 11 November Embankment.
