Have you saved the Rimi Riga Marathon 2027 dates yet?

Although we have just wrapped up the biggest Rimi Riga Marathon of all time, bringing together more than 46 thousand participants from 116 countries, there is no time to rest. It is time to save the dates for the greatest running celebration of 2027.

 

Next year, we will meet on May 15 and 16, running through the streets of Riga and earning the second letter, “I”, in our special four-year medal series.

Medal design

KID Design
The medal system and overall design direction were created by KID Design (Latvia). kiddesign.lv

We decided that in the next four-year cycle, the medals will serve as another tribute to the city. Each year, participants will receive the next letter of “RIGA”, featuring an artwork curated by the LNMM. This will be an additional incentive for runners to return to Riga and, by 2030, build a collection of Latvian art within the framework of the city’s name!
