Every year, the Rimi Riga Marathon brings together not only thousands of runners, but also a large crowd of supporters. If you’re planning to cheer this year, check out the key spots along the course you shouldn’t miss! And remember – runners appreciate support everywhere on the course, especially in quieter areas outside the city center.

Key cheering spots on the course

Signet Bank Relay Exchange Zones – “Carnival Youth” at Dailes Theatre

You can cheer at any of the three relay exchange zones, but the biggest party will be at the Dailes Theatre exchange point, where the band “Carnival Youth” will perform live!

Thanks to our partner Signet Bank, both runners and supporters will enjoy a special concert. Bring your friends, posters, great energy, and come support thousands of runners!

Spice Song Alley

A true highlight of the Rimi Riga Marathon, the Spice Song Alley creates unforgettable emotions for both the runners and spectators. Experience hundreds of choir singers performing beloved Latvian songs – and don’t forget a tissue, as even the toughest get emotional here!

Balticovo Music Points

To ensure support along the entire course – across both banks of the Daugava – Balticovo has created a network of music points.

Popular DJs and radio personalities will energize runners with music and engage fans and locals in cheering them on.

Best spots for Instagram-worthy moments

Stone Bridge, Vanšu Bridge, Meža and Kokneses avenues, Elizabetes and Brīvības streets… If you move quickly, you can catch runners at multiple locations and capture some truly impressive shots!

Tip: A bicycle is the most convenient way to move around, but please note – being on the course with a bike or any other vehicle while supporting runners is not allowed.

No marathon is complete without an epic finish line – powered by our partner Elektrum! Cheer on thousands of runners as they cross the finish line. Take your spot in the stands and welcome your runners with a true celebration atmosphere.

Party Plaza

The celebration doesn’t stop at the finish – it’s just getting started! Head with your runners to the Party Plaza near the awards podium on November 11 Embankment, where you can enjoy great food, drinks, shopping, awards, and a festive atmosphere.
