The Rimi Riga Marathon EXPO will take place at the Rimi Olympic center!
This means that you should head to EXPO not just to pick up your bib number or T-shirts, but also to catch up on the latest news, meet the extensive Rimi Riga Marathon running community as well as Latvian and international elite runners, and enjoy the pre-race atmosphere!
It’s also important to take care of pre-start stress relief by doing some proper shopping with our official partners and other vendors, who will be at EXPO in greater numbers than ever this year!
And keep it in mind – EXPO is definitely worth a visit even if your team’s bibs have been delivered to the office!

Where can I collect the shirts I purchased?
If, during registration, you purchased the official Rimi Riga Marathon Nike running shirt or the Art Series shirt, which this year was created in collaboration with the Latvian National Museum of Art using artist Boriss Bērziņš’ work “In the Waves”, you will be able to collect it at the EXPO after receiving your race bib!
If you forgot to order a shirt during registration, don’t worry – look for both this year’s and previous years’ vintage models on site!

How to get your race bib?
What do you need to show?
A confirmation email with a QR code (or the QR code on your phone) and a valid ID document!
Why are we introducing QR codes this year?
Each registered participant will receive a unique QR code, which we will use to print race bibs on-site at the EXPO using a live-print system for the first time. When you arrive at the EXPO and present your QR code, we will simply scan it and verify your identity to print your personalized bib with your name right on the spot.
By introducing this system, we are also supporting sustainability – avoiding pre-printing and packaging of bibs, and reducing resource consumption. Most importantly, every participant is guaranteed a personalized bib with their name, regardless of when they registered!

Where to collect your bib?
At the EXPO at the Rimi Olympic Center on May 15 –16, 10:00 to 20:00.
At a DPD parcel locker, if you don’t live in Riga and selected and paid for this option during registration by March 31.
At your office, if your company team has arranged and paid for bib packing and delivery to the office by March 31.

What to keep in mind when collecting bibs for your team?
To keep the line moving smoothly, one person can collect a maximum of 5 bibs at a time. If you need to collect more (for example, for all 40 of your colleagues), you will need to join the queue again.

To collect a race bib for someone else, you will need: 1) that person’s QR code from their confirmation email, and 2) your own valid ID document.

Bibs for the “Happy Babies” course and the 200 m and 400 m courses can be collected starting from April 28 at your selected Rimi store (TC Spice, Akropole Alfa, Rimi on Pulkveža Brieža Street) or at the EXPO (Rimi Olympic Center on May 15 from 10:00 to 20:00 or on May 16 from 10:00 to 13:00), by presenting only the registration confirmation email.
