Marathon course
Please note that in May 2024, we have adjusted the marathon distance course to the development plans of the city of Riga (a number of the planned and measured 42km course will be reconstructed or included, for example, in the construction plans of Rail Baltica), thus we will run the classic marathon distance in two half-marathon laps with a starting place at the foot of Akmens Bridge, an impressive finish on the November 11 Embankment, as well as an “excursion” in Ķipsala reserved only for marathoners. As the old saying goes, Riga should never be ready, so we ask for your understanding as we adapt to Riga’s reconstruction and development plans in 2024.
