You will receive confirmation of your start number by email

You will receive a confirmation of successful registration at the time of registration, while you will receive a letter with the assigned race number and start time after April 1, 2025, to the email address provided in your application form.

Participants can receive start numbers:

  • Free pickup at the EXPO (individual pickup): Participants can collect their start numbers on May 16-17, 2025, at the Rimi Riga Marathon EXPO, located at the Rimi Olympic Center. The EXPO will be open from 10:00 to 20:00. To receive their start numbers, participants must present their confirmation letter with the assigned start number and a valid identity document.
  • Receive via parcel machines (individually): Participants in Latvia’s regions (at least 50 km outside Riga) can also receive their numbers at DPD parcel machine locations in Latvia. The fee for this service is 5 EUR (one start number). This service must be applied for at the time of registration in your registration profile.
  • Receive at the office (collectively): A team representative can request the packing and delivery of their team’s race numbers to an office in Latvia via DPD courier service.

Service fee:

  • For selecting, packing, and delivering up to 50 race numbers: €100.00 + VAT (€121.00).
  • For teams with 51 or more race numbers: €130.00 + VAT (€157.30).

 

PLEASE NOTE!

Don’t forget to bring your identification document and registration confirmation letter – it will be required when receiving the bib number.

 

ONE PERSON CAN OBTAIN UP TO FIVE BIB NUMBERS AT ONCE

To avoid unnecessary congestion and to keep the line moving faster, we will issue no more than 5 numbers per person. If you are unable to come to the EXPO in person, anyone can collect the bib number on your behalf by presenting the number collection authorization.

If you wish to collect more (for example, for all your colleagues) – sorry, but you will have to queue again! And thanks to all those teams who chose the DPD service “Team numbers to the office”!

 

NUMBER COLLECTION AUTHORIZATION

If you cannot pick up your race number at the EXPO yourself, someone else can do it for you by presenting an authorization.

Authorization text (printed or via email): “I (name, surname), authorize (name, surname) to collect my bib number”. The authorized person must present an identification document.

To receive the bag for gear check, you had to apply for it during registration! If you haven’t done it, sorry, but you won’t receive the bag because, in an effort to conserve environmental resources, we haven’t produced it. Thank you for being an environmentally friendly runner!
